Linda R. Gray joined RBBBS in October 2009 as Mentoring Coordinator for Caroline County. She received her B.A. degree in Sociology from Virginia State University. Since 1998, she has served on the Board of Directors for Rappahannock Electric Cooperative. She retired in 2004 after 32 years of Federal Government Service in Washington D.C. Linda attends St. James Baptist Church where she is a Trustee, sings in the choir, and is active in the Women's Ministry. Her favorite quote comes from Ralph Waldo Emerson, "what you do speaks so loud that I cannot hear what you say." She believes what you say is important, but not nearly as important as what you do and working with RBBBS creating magical bonds between Littles and Bigs is the right thing to do.
