Cynthia Osband, Casework Supervisor and Enrollment and Match Support Specialist, received her education through the University of Maryland and enjoyed a 22-year career with the United States Navy, in the Communications field. She currently volunteers as a Big Sister in the Community Based program, an experience which has equipped her well for her role on the Agency’s staff. Previously, she volunteered with the Literacy Reading Program and Habitat for Humanity. Cynthia works with Lori Yelverton coordinating the RBBBS Bigs in Schools program.
